The principle is simple: ask a direct question to users to which they can answer with a simple touch of a finger; depending on their level of satisfaction. Placed in the middle of traffic, Smilio kiosk offers record voting rates and is unrivaled in collecting both real-time and continuous opinions autonomously. The results are available a few minutes only after the first votes, and are consulted in Excel files or dashboards. Thanks to our Smilio web interface, you can easily create new surveys, manage your terminals and compare the results of your different campaigns. With Smilio, you likely have trusted indicators to know your customers better, to enhance their loyalty and improve your quality of service.
